Detroit 4-year-old shot in the stomach on city's west side

Shooting Detroit Georgia in Detroit, Georgia: A four-year-old child and a 20-year-old man were shot on Detroit's west side Wednesday night. Detroit police responded to a Shot Spotter alert at 9:39 p.m. in the 14600 block of Burgess and found two victims, with the 4-year-old shot in the stomach and right leg. The adult died at the scene while the child was taken to a children's hospital. The condition of the child and what led up to the shooting were unknown.
