Car Crash Pennsylvania Today in Pennsylvania: A deadly single-vehicle crash shut down a stretch of William Penn Highway in Juniata County on Wednesday night, according to the Mifflintown Hose Company. Dispatchers received a call just after 9 p.m. for the crash on William Penn Highway near Route 75 in Walker Township. William Penn Highway was closed between the Rutter's and Smith Road for more than four hours, reopening around 1:20 a.m. on Thursday. The crash remains under active investigation.
