Robbery New York New York in New York, New York: A man was arraigned in Queens Criminal Court on charges including second-degree robbery causing physical injury, third-degree robbery, four counts of fourth-degree grand larceny involving a credit card, and third-degree assault, all arising from a June 5 incident at a bar he co-owns with the complainant. He was arrested June 23 by NYPD officers from the 110th Precinct, more than two weeks after the alleged incident. The defense attorney questioned how a co-owner could be charged with breaking into and robbing his own establishment, and a full order of protection was issued barring him from the bar and from his business partner.
