Workplace Accident South Carolina Today in South Carolina: A 40-year-old construction worker, Cesar Siso Barcelo of Easley, was involved in an electrical incident at the Walmart on East Main Street in Laurens around 10:20 p.m. He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. The Laurens County Coroner's Office determined his cause of death was electrocution. The incident remains under investigation by the coroner's office and OSHA.
