Pedestrian Hit Pennsylvania Today in Pennsylvania: A 24-year-old construction worker was critically injured in a hit-and-run crash Thursday morning in Southwest Philadelphia. According to police, the worker was standing in the bike lane placing traffic cones for an active construction zone when an unknown car veered into the bike lane to bypass stopped traffic and struck him. The driver did not stop and left the scene immediately. The suspect vehicle was described as a light-colored Nissan sedan, possibly silver or white, and the victim was transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in critical condition.
