Car Crash Cahokia Heights Alabama in Cahokia Heights, Alabama: Michael A. Kuhlmann, 66, of Waterloo, was pronounced deceased in the emergency room of Memorial Hospital in Belleville following a two-vehicle crash that occurred shortly after 11:40 a.m. Wednesday on Route 157 at Route 15 in Cahokia Heights. Kuhlmann was one of six people injured in the collision, which involved an SUV and a pickup truck towing a trailer. An Illinois State Police traffic crash reconstruction unit assisted Cahokia Heights police in handling the incident.
