Shooting Casper Wyoming in Casper, Wyoming: A 22-year-old Casper woman, Neveah Marie Neeman, was arrested and charged with two felonies alleging she was the getaway driver and helped plan an armed confrontation at the Fox Hill Apartments in east Casper on August 1, 2025. Anicio Bernard was shot once in the heart after reportedly exchanging gunfire with a 19-year-old man on the couch in the apartment, according to police. Bernard collapsed on the building's outside steps and told Neeman and Jadin Triplett to run; Neeman then drove away in her maroon car with Triplett and Bernard's girlfriend. Neeman is charged with aiding or abetting conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and battery, and as an accessory after the fact.
