Pedestrian Hit Lansing Illinois in Lansing, Illinois: A 23-year-old Carpentersville man, Sebastian D. Stone, was killed on the shoulder of westbound Interstate 80 near Torrence Avenue in Lansing after being struck by a hit-and-run driver while he was changing a tire. The Cook County medical examiner's office identified Stone and determined he died from multiple blunt force injuries, with his death ruled an accident.
