Bail Lowered for Suspect in Kiel Bar Attack

Assault Kiel Wisconsin in Kiel, Wisconsin: On May 22nd, 55-year-old Chad Suttner of New Holstein attacked Cody Rautmann outside the Badger's Den bar in Kiel, Wisconsin. Rautmann suffered a traumatic brain injury so severe he was placed in a medically induced coma. Suttner faces charges of Aggravated Battery – Intending Great Bodily Harm and Disorderly Conduct, and his bail was lowered to $40,000 cash at a preliminary hearing on June 24th.
