He was riding a 1991 Honda ATV west within a dry riverbed near State Route 43 and Denver Avenue and was pronounced dead at the scene. It was the second solo ATV fatal crash in less than a week in Kings County. The CHP said it has not been determined if alcohol or drug use contributed to the crash, and the collision remains under investigation.
