Semi Truck Crash Maryland Today in Maryland: An early morning tractor-trailer crash on westbound Interstate 70 near mile marker 20 in Washington County closed all westbound lanes on Thursday. The 18-wheeler went off the roadway, the driver attempted to correct, and the vehicle jackknifed across all lanes and spilled fuel. Maryland State Police responded shortly before 6 a.m. No injuries were reported.
