Dui Crash Katy Texas in Katy, Texas: A 20-year-old driver, Dejon Fortune, was celebrating his birthday before a high-speed crash that killed 53-year-old Sung Bae in the Katy area. Fortune was driving a BMW X5 at an estimated 70 to 80 mph when he struck Bae's Cadillac XT4 on Westheimer Parkway near Cinco Ranch Boulevard at around 2:20 a.m. Tuesday. The collision sent Bae's Cadillac off the roadway into a light pole and trees; Bae was taken to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
