Hit And Run Newark New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey: A 26-year-old man was arrested in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed two women who were crossing a street in Newark, New Jersey after leaving a World Cup watch party. Prosecutors said David J. Zapata-Vera hit the women while they were using the crosswalk on Saturday night before fleeing the scene. The women were taken to University Hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
