Shooting Oakwood Georgia in Oakwood, Georgia: Two people died after being shot in a Hall County home on Wednesday night, according to police. Shortly before 7 p.m., officers with the Oakwood Police Department arrived at the 3900 block of Prospect Point Drive after receiving a call. When officers got inside the home, they found a man and a woman suffering from gunshot wounds. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, and the woman was taken to the hospital, where she later died. Police said the shooting appears to be an isolated domestic incident and there is no threat to the public.
