2 injured in 2-car wreck on U.S. 101 in Mason County Tuesday

Hit And Run Illinois Today in Illinois: A two-car wreck on U.S. 101 south of Shelton hospitalized two drivers Tuesday evening, according to the Washington State Patrol. A 32-year-old Olympia woman allegedly lost control of her vehicle while traveling north and struck another northbound vehicle driven by a 33-year-old Tahuya woman at the intersection of U.S. 101 and Lynch Road Southeast. The Olympia driver fled on foot and was detained on Brewer Road by troopers; she is accused of felony hit-and-run and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Both vehicles were totaled in the collision.
