Aircraft Pasco Washington in Pasco, Washington: A small airplane flying low clipped power lines on the Pasco side of the Columbia River near the Cable Bridge, flipped over, and crashed into the river near Clover Island on June 24. The collision caused power outages in both Pasco and Kennewick, and sparks from the damaged power lines ignited a grass fire at Pasco's Youth Baseball Complex.
