Hit And Run Warren Michigan in Warren, Michigan: A 17-year-old driver, Deyarin Jamire Marsh, led Warren police on a seven-minute pursuit through neighborhoods on June 18 after officers noticed occupants of a silver Dodge Ram wearing ski masks. Marsh failed to stop at a red light on Eight Mile Road and struck a vehicle driven by 48-year-old Remions Washington. Washington was transported to a hospital by the Detroit Fire Department, where he was pronounced dead. Marsh was arraigned on multiple charges including felony murder, second-degree murder, fleeing and eluding causing death, and leaving the scene of an accident causing death, and entered a plea of not guilty.
