10th Street Calming Pilot coming to downtown Sioux Falls

Car Crash Sioux Falls South Dakota in Sioux Falls, South Dakota: Downtown Sioux Falls is launching a traffic calming pilot on 10th Street from June 29 through July 31, running from Second Avenue to Mall Avenue. The pilot will use planters and reflective barriers in parking spots to narrow the road and study speeds and safety. City officials say the goal is safer streets that still support downtown businesses.
