Bus Crash Southport Ohio in Southport, Ohio: One person died after climbing on top of a train and coming into contact with electrified overhead wires at the Southport Metro-North train station on Thursday afternoon. According to MTA Police, a train operator requested assistance around 1:29 p.m. for a disorderly person; an investigation determined a confrontation occurred inside the train, after which the person climbed between the second and third car and onto the roof, where he contacted the overhead wire. No other passengers or crew were injured, and passengers were evacuated to use alternative transportation.
