Wrong-way high-speed chase in Centralia injures four
Hit And Run Centralia Alabama in Centralia, Alabama: A high-speed police chase in Centralia ended when the suspect vehicle, driven by 21-year-old Zymier K. James of Mount Vernon, traveled the wrong way down a one-way street and collided with another vehicle. The suspect's vehicle left the roadway, crashed through a fence, and struck the front porch of a resident along Poplar Street. Four people were transported to hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, including the driver and two passengers of the victim's vehicle, who went to a local hospital. James was airlifted to a St. Louis hospital and is no longer in police custody; a passenger in the suspect vehicle fled the scene and has not been identified.
