Hit And Run Northborough Massachusetts in Northborough, Massachusetts: One person is dead and another is injured after a wrong-way driver hit another vehicle head-on on Interstate 290 in Northborough, Massachusetts, Wednesday night, causing both vehicles to catch on fire. The driver and sole occupant of one vehicle escaped prior to emergency personnel arriving and was taken by ambulance to UMass Memorial Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
