Semi Truck Crash Union Gap Washington in Union Gap, Washington: Bethany Wallace-Corff, 39, of Union Gap, was killed Saturday around 10:06 p.m. when she walked in front of a semi truck on Interstate 82 at the Valley Mall Boulevard interchange in Union Gap. She was standing in the merge lane from Valley Mall Boulevard to I-82 and was pronounced dead at the scene from blunt-force trauma. The semi's driver, 41-year-old Rupinder S. Mann of Covington, was not injured. The Yakima County Coroner deemed her death accidental.
