Semi Truck Crash Tiger Mountain Texas in Tiger Mountain, Texas: Westbound SR 18 at Tiger Mountain Summit (milepost 24) was blocked after a collision involving a semi-truck, according to the Washington Department of Transportation. The semi-truck ended up in a ditch at the top of Tiger Mountain. All westbound lanes were closed and the road was later reopened.
