Assault Seffner Florida in Seffner, Florida: A 19-year-old man, Drake Purcell, was arrested on June 21 after deputies said he stabbed a victim following an argument in the roadway at South Kingsway Road and Magnolia Avenue in Seffner, Florida. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office aviation unit helped locate Purcell after he fled the scene. The victim was transported to a hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
