Victim identified after fatal Fresno apartment shooting

Shooting Fresno California in Fresno, California: A 19-year-old man was shot to death at an apartment complex in northwest Fresno on Tuesday night around 8 p.m. Police initially could not find evidence of a shooting until being notified of a victim inside the Reflections Apartment Complex on Barstow and Brawley avenues about 20 minutes later. Officers found the victim inside an apartment and transported him to Community Regional Medical Center, where he later died. A 13-year-old was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Justice Campus on suspicion of manslaughter in connection with the shooting.
