Updated: Teen airlifted after dirt bike accident in Sandwich

Car Crash Sandwich Massachusetts in Sandwich, Massachusetts: A 15-year-old male dirt bike rider crashed on his dirt bike along the power lines off Palmer Road in the Lakewood Hills area of Sandwich sometime after 7 PM on Wednesday, sustaining multi-system trauma and a head injury. He was unconscious for a period of time and was transported by Sandwich Ambulance to Sandwich High School, where he was transferred to Boston MedFlight and flown to Boston Children's Hospital. Massachusetts Environmental Police and Sandwich Police are investigating the incident.
