First responders were dispatched to the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 60 West for a report of a collision involving two vehicles. A 5-year-old boy and a 61-year-old man died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash, while four additional people, including two children and two adults, were airlifted to hospitals outside Kentucky for treatment.
