SUV crashes into Windsor Locks barbershop, police say

Echevarria told investigators she lost control of the SUV while driving north, and the vehicle came to a stop on the sidewalk with its front end inside the barbershop. The driver refused medical attention and no injuries were reported. The Windsor Locks Fire Department and Building Department responded to the scene, and the vehicle was towed from the site.
