Car Crash Head-On Collision At New York in head-on collision at, New York: Seven people, including five children, were injured when a car struck a runaway horse and then collided head-on with a second motor vehicle on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, on state Route 353 in the Town of Little Valley, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office. A southbound vehicle struck the runaway horse and subsequently struck a northbound vehicle in a head-on collision at approximately 2 p.m. Two adults and five children sustained varying injuries in the crash, and a third adult was transported to ECMC after being thrown from a horse prior to the collision. The collision is under investigation.
