Rochester Man Charged After Injury Crash Near Century High…

Dui Crash Rochester Minnesota in Rochester, Minnesota: A 37-year-old Rochester man, Nathaniel Thomas Swanson, was charged after a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of East Circle Dr. in northeast Rochester, near Century High School.
