Assault Brewster New York in Brewster, New York: Three Putnam County sheriff's deputies arrested 41-year-old Brandon Tompkins on Saturday evening after a reported road rage incident on Peach Lake Road (Route 121) in Brewster, New York. A 911 caller told dispatchers the driver of a flatbed truck had menaced him with a gun. Deputies located and arrested Tompkins a few miles from the scene, and a loaded.45-caliber Glock handgun was recovered from the vehicle. No injuries were reported.
