Car Crash San Francisco California in San Francisco, California: Justice Ray, 24, of San Francisco, was arrested Monday on suspicion of reckless driving, resisting arrest, driving in a restricted bus lane and driving without a license after he drove a gray SUV through the grass of Dolores Park while several people were sitting nearby. A bystander reported the incident to police, who located the car two days later. When officers tried to pull the driver over on Van Ness Avenue and McAllister Street, he refused and continued driving for several minutes before finally stopping at Post and Webster streets. Two other occupants were detained but later released.
