Police identify man who died after hitting dirt embankment…

Car Crash Kentucky Today in Kentucky: Joshua Thomas Raw, 42, of Independence, was driving a black Chevy Silverado westbound on KY 536 in Kenton County when he crossed the railroad crossing and continued across Decoursey Pike, striking a dirt embankment head-on. Police, the Piner Fire Department, Independence Fire District, and Air Care responded to the scene around 11:20 p.m. Raw was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved and no charges are pending.
