Car Crash Watertown New York in Watertown, New York: Two cars collided at the intersection of Routes 11 and 37 in the Town of Pamelia, just outside Watertown, New York, at around 4:45 p.m. on Monday. State police said Natasha Cancel-Acevedo, 45, of Fort Drum, failed to yield the right of way to a car driven by Stanley Layo, 59, of Calcium. Layo and a 15-year-old passenger in Cancel-Acevedo's car, Leigha Catlin, were taken to Samaritan Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
