Car Crash New York Today in New York: A tractor-trailer collided with a pickup truck towing a camper early Tuesday morning on State Route 14 in the Town of Phelps, Ontario County, New York. A 2020 Freightliner tractor-trailer operated by 54-year-old Christopher Hardy of Union Springs struck the camper from behind, sending both vehicles off the roadway into a nearby field.
