One dead in crash on Washington Road near Mullins Crossing

A Nissan Versa traveling west on Washington Road crossed into eastbound lanes, causing a GMC Yukon to swerve. The driver, identified as 84-year-old Vernon Lewis, was pronounced dead at the scene.
