Dui Crash Illinois Today in Illinois: Jasmine R. Devreax, 32, of Olympia, was traveling northbound in the left lane on U.S. Highway 101 just north of Kamilche when she lost control of her vehicle and struck a car in the left lane, causing a rollover crash. The crash was reported at approximately 5:26 p.m. on Tuesday. The Washington State Patrol determined that DUI was the cause of the crash. Devreax was transported to Mason General Hospital, and both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
