Car Crash Katy Georgia in Katy, Georgia: A Tesla Model 3 struck a home at high speed in Katy, Texas on June 19, killing 76-year-old Martha Avila, who died at Memorial Hermann hospital. The NTSB opened a safety investigation in coordination with the Harris County Sheriff's Department, and the NHTSA also launched a special investigation.
