Man killed at Erie County office building

Shooting Sandusky New York in Sandusky, New York: Police say a man died Wednesday morning at the Erie County office building in Sandusky after suffering a gunshot wound to the head that was likely self-inflicted, according to Sandusky police Chief Jared Oliver. Officers located the adult male in one of the building's bathrooms after the Sandusky Register first reported the incident around 7:45 a.m. The county building was closed for about three hours and reopened at 10 a.m.
