Shooting St Louis Minnesota in St Louis, Minnesota: A Spanish Lake man shot another man in the leg during an argument on June 20, 2026, in the 1900 block of Arrowpoint Drive in St. Louis County, Missouri. According to police, the victim had dropped off his daughter at a home and got into an argument with a woman at the residence; the woman called her husband, Michael T. Riles, who came outside and shot the victim. Riles then fled and attempted to hide the firearm when officers arrived, and he allegedly told officers he shot the victim to calm him down. The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Riles with first-degree assault, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon.
