Dui Crash San Antonio Texas in San Antonio, Texas: Christopher Navarro, 27, is charged with murder and intoxication manslaughter in connection with a drunken wrong-way crash on Interstate 10 in San Antonio that killed 26-year-old Yulissa Valero. According to a San Antonio police report, Navarro had been driving the wrong way on Interstate 10 before the crash. Valero was pronounced dead at the scene after first responders determined she no longer had a pulse. Two other people were also injured in the crash.
