Louisiana Troopers Capture Wanted Suspect After Pursuit

Car Crash Louisiana Today in Louisiana: Louisiana State Police attempted a traffic stop on a wanted fugitive in Jeff Davis Parish on Monday night. The suspect fled, leading troopers on a high-speed pursuit into Calcasieu Parish, where the stolen Ram TRX truck became disabled after the driver veered into a field. The suspect, 43-year-old Derrell Green, was taken into custody without incident or injury. Green was wanted by the U.S. Marshal's Service and Louisiana State Police for allegedly possessing and distributing methamphetamine and fentanyl.
