Semi Truck Crash Ashard Michigan in Ashard, Michigan: An 87-year-old woman from Livonia died and a 75-year-old man from Livonia was injured following a head-on crash with a semi-truck in Clare County. The crash happened Monday, just after 11:30 a.m., along M-115 near Ashard Road. The 75-year-old man was driving a Chevrolet Equinox southeast on M-115 when he crossed the centerline and collided head-on with the semi-truck. The woman, a passenger in the Equinox, was pronounced dead at the scene, and the man was flown to a hospital with severe injuries. The semi-truck driver was not injured.
