Shooting Racine Wisconsin in Racine, Wisconsin: An 18-year-old Kenosha teenager was found shot inside a car on Racine Street in Racine, Wisconsin, on Wednesday afternoon and died at the scene. Officers were initially called to the corner of Racine and 20th Street for a car accident just before noon. When they arrived, they found the young man unresponsive in the driver's seat with a gunshot wound to the torso; the Racine Fire Department attempted to save his life but he died at the scene. Police are investigating the incident as a homicide.
