Dui Crash Prestonsburg Georgia in Prestonsburg, Georgia: A Johnson County man was arrested in connection with a fatal crash that occurred on May 20, 2025, on U.S. 23 near Town Branch in Prestonsburg, Floyd County, Kentucky. Forty-two-year-old Joshua Conley of Boyd Branch in Paintsville was allegedly under the influence when he was involved in the crash. The crash led to the death of 71-year-old Susan Pratt of Kingsport, Tennessee. Conley is charged with vehicular homicide, DUI, and driving on a DUI-suspended license and is being held in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville.
