Forsyth County teen faces murder charge after crash victim…

Hit And Run Georgia Today in Georgia: A 16-year-old, Eleazar Medina, crashed into 61-year-old Bob Marcis in Forsyth County on June 18 after fleeing a prior traffic stop. Marcis was hospitalized following the crash and was taken off life support nearly a week later, dying this week. Medina is being tried as an adult and faces eight charges including second-degree murder. Medina's mother, Adilene Medina-Calleja, was also charged with two misdemeanors and is currently in ICE custody in Georgia.
