FATAL CRASH INVESTIGATED - Adair County Community Voice

Car Crash Iowa Today in Iowa: A two-vehicle collision on Friday afternoon in the Breeding community of Adair County, Kentucky, claimed the lives of both drivers. Wayne Werth, 56, of Columbia, was traveling south on Highway 61 in a 2018 Cadillac XT5 when his vehicle crossed the centerline and struck a northbound 2008 Jeep Liberty operated by Gavin Carlson, 16, of Breeding. Both drivers were unresponsive with heavy entrapment and were pronounced dead at the scene by the Adair County Coroner. Kentucky State Police are leading the investigation.
