Drugs Wenatchee Washington in Wenatchee, Washington: Scott A. Glass, a 53-year-old Entiat man, was found unresponsive in his bed inside a general population cell at the Chelan County Regional Justice Center on April 26. Corrections deputies and emergency responders from the Wenatchee Valley Fire Department and Ballard Ambulance provided life-saving measures, but Glass was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Chelan County Coroner's Office determined he accidentally died of acute fentanyl intoxication. His death is under investigation by the Wenatchee Police Department.
