Dui Crash New York City New York in New York City, New York: A drunk jet ski driver was arrested after two jet skis collided near Randall's Island in the Harlem River on Saturday night, killing a 26-year-old woman. Yeisson Reyes-Rodríguez, 27, allegedly had a blood alcohol level of.141 when he crashed into a friend's jet ski around 9 p.m. The suspect and friends had spent the day drinking on Randall's Island before attempting to return to New Jersey on jet skis. The 26-year-old female passenger on the other jet ski, Zielissa Vargas, was transported to a dock and rushed to the hospital, where she died. Reyes-Rodríguez was charged with manslaughter and vehicular manslaughter.
