Driver killed in early morning wreck in Rockcastle County KY

Car Crash Berea Kentucky in Berea, Kentucky: A Kentucky man died in a crash around 5 a.m. on Highway 421 near Big Hill in Rockcastle County when a pickup truck crossed into the path of his Chevrolet Tahoe. Matthew Gabbard, 45, of McKee, was taken to CHI Saint Joseph Hospital in Berea and pronounced dead. The pickup truck carried three passengers who reported no injuries, according to the sheriff's office. The sheriff's office said additional information would be released when the investigation is complete.
